Matt is the co-founder of City Dads Group, a community of active and engaged dads navigating fatherhood together in 37 cities across the United States and Canada. He also hosts the Modern Dads Podcast, a show for dads and moms navigating work, parenthood, relationships, and play. Matt completed a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Early Childhood Education through the New York City Teaching Fellows Program. He lives with his wife and two boys (ages 10 and 13) in Battery Park City.
Andrew is Editor-in-Chief of Fatherly, where he oversees the creation and execution of editorial initiatives across the brand’s many touchpoints. An experienced journalist and digital media strategist, Burmon previously served as the founding and Executive Editor of the science and technology publication Inverse, Deputy Editor of Maxim, and Staff Editor of Men's Journal. Burmon started his career as a crime reporter in Southeast Asia and subsequently worked as a travel journalist. His writing has appeared in New York Magazine, The Atlantic, GlobalPost, and a variety of other publications. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and American History and a Master’s in Journalism from Stanford University.
Zoe Rumford is Acast’s first Chief People Officer. Zoe joined Acast in 2018 to build our people strategy and streamline the employee lifecycle with recruiting, EVP, culture, remuneration, leadership development and general human resource needs for the business. Most recently, Zoe served as the VP of Human Resources at Audible. Zoe is an expert in international human resources within hyper growth technology companies.
